ADHD Coaching

A tailored path to working with your brain

Because ADHD is not a one-size-fits-all

Because we know that individuals with adhd are absolutely brilliant…

But that ADHD can really get in the way of that

This program is bespoke and designed to meet you where you are at. We believe that understanding your brain and putting the right conditions in place is the key to setting you up for success.

People with ADHD are some of the most high-capacity people out there. Our mission is to maximise your potential with this program, supporting everything ADHD - from emotional regulation to executive functioning.

Because ADHD is not a one-size-fits-all

3 tiers of support

We offer different levels of support, depending on what you need.

Single coaching session

This is a one-off session for those who have recently been diagnosed, and want to know where to get started, or for those who are stuck on something very specific.

3 coaching sessions

Designed to be punchy but effective, this level is for those who want to cover a little more breadth in putting some structures in place to support their ADHD. We select the goals most needed - from emotional regulation to executive functions.

8 week comprehensive

This starts from the beginning and covers the main areas of executive functioning difficulties in ADHD. 8 sessions, spread over a maximum of 6 months, to allow for testing and tweaking as we go.

At a glance

What do we cover?

ADHD is never a one-size-fits-all. What works for one person with ADHD, will be entirely different from what another person needs. We are proud to say that we fit our coaching around you, rather than ask you to fit into a predesigned program that might not be a perfect fit for you.

One of the strengths of the ADHD brain is that it is highly adaptable and creative. We love leveraging this creativity, and taking a collaborative approach to design pragmatic and tailored strategies for specific areas that you are struggling with. We don’t want to be another unfinished solution that didn’t stick. We want to create change that is sustainable for the ADHD brain.

Some of the most common themes we explore include the following. We pick and choose what is most relevant to your goals, and then do a deep dive.

The ADHD Brain: Neuro-chemistry

Emotional Regulation

Nervous system regulation

Shame/self-esteem

ADHD in relationships

Staying consistent

Executive functioning

Our ADHD coaching is done by

Dianne Everitt

I am the founder of Sage Psychology, and passionate about working with high achievers who have ADHD.

I grew up in a family where there was a lot of ADHD. I am the wife of an ADHDer, and I have kids with ADHD. To say I am passionate about ADHD goes without saying.

My approach is structured but flexible. I am warm, have a great sense of humour, and don’t take myself too seriously. I love a challenge, and coming up with creative ways to support individuals not only with the difficulties of ADHD, but also to unlock their full potential.
