ADHD Coaching
A tailored path to working with your brain
Because ADHD is not a one-size-fits-all
Because we know that individuals with adhd are absolutely brilliant…
But that ADHD can really get in the way of that
This program is bespoke and designed to meet you where you are at. We believe that understanding your brain and putting the right conditions in place is the key to setting you up for success.
People with ADHD are some of the most high-capacity people out there. Our mission is to maximise your potential with this program, supporting everything ADHD - from emotional regulation to executive functioning.
Because ADHD is not a one-size-fits-all
3 tiers of support
We offer different levels of support, depending on what you need.
Single coaching session
This is a one-off session for those who have recently been diagnosed, and want to know where to get started, or for those who are stuck on something very specific.
3 coaching sessions
Designed to be punchy but effective, this level is for those who want to cover a little more breadth in putting some structures in place to support their ADHD. We select the goals most needed - from emotional regulation to executive functions.
8 week comprehensive
This starts from the beginning and covers the main areas of executive functioning difficulties in ADHD. 8 sessions, spread over a maximum of 6 months, to allow for testing and tweaking as we go.
At a glance
What do we cover?
ADHD is never a one-size-fits-all. What works for one person with ADHD, will be entirely different from what another person needs. We are proud to say that we fit our coaching around you, rather than ask you to fit into a predesigned program that might not be a perfect fit for you.
One of the strengths of the ADHD brain is that it is highly adaptable and creative. We love leveraging this creativity, and taking a collaborative approach to design pragmatic and tailored strategies for specific areas that you are struggling with. We don’t want to be another unfinished solution that didn’t stick. We want to create change that is sustainable for the ADHD brain.
Some of the most common themes we explore include the following. We pick and choose what is most relevant to your goals, and then do a deep dive.
The ADHD Brain: Neuro-chemistry
Emotional Regulation
Nervous system regulation
Shame/self-esteem
ADHD in relationships
Staying consistent
Executive functioning
Our ADHD coaching is done by
Dianne Everitt
I am the founder of Sage Psychology, and passionate about working with high achievers who have ADHD.
I grew up in a family where there was a lot of ADHD. I am the wife of an ADHDer, and I have kids with ADHD. To say I am passionate about ADHD goes without saying.
My approach is structured but flexible. I am warm, have a great sense of humour, and don’t take myself too seriously. I love a challenge, and coming up with creative ways to support individuals not only with the difficulties of ADHD, but also to unlock their full potential.

These are the most common ones
If you have any other questions, please send us an email, and we would be happy to guide you.

The benefit of having a tailored program, is that we meet you where you are at. Whether you have been navigating ADHD for many years, and just need some specific tweaks and changes, or you are newly diagnosed and just starting to find out about what ADHD is, we will work with what you need.
-
The single session is for you if you are either newly diagnosed and you want a quick kickstart. We will give you some starting strategies that make the biggest difference. It is also useful if you already have some strategies in place, but you are stuck on something specific and want help. Examples would be specifics like procrastination, consistency, starting tasks, or navigating a relationship with a partner who is struggling with your ADHD. These sessions can be booked as a one-off, as and when needed.
The 3 session package gives us a little more time to go a little deeper. We will set you off with some strategies, and then test and tweak over the 3 weeks. We cover some extra topics, without it feeling like it is overwhelming. This is for you if you want a little more than a kick start, without commiting to a longer program.
The 8 week comprehensive is our most in depth topic, and is best suited to you if you want a full roadmap of how to best support yourself with ADHD. We cover how your brain is wired, set specific goals, create a roadmap for regulation, and go through executive functioning.
-
We go at your pace, and this can vary widely. True to ADHD, some people like to do a quick deep dive, doing a weekly session. Others like to get started with a weekly session, and then switch to meeting biweekly or monthly, to allow them to put the strategies in place in between the sessions.
-
Coaching is more structured than therapy, and is focused on set goals. It often works well alongside therapy.
-
Kids with ADHD often don’t respond to conventional parenting strategies. Learning to tailor your parenting approach to your child can be a game changer for the whole family. We offer parent coaching for parents of ADHD children of all ages, and the same package options apply. If your child is an adolescent, you can attend sessions together, or your child can attend alone.
-
You don’t need a diagnosis of ADHD for these strategies to be effective. If you know you are experiencing difficulties with executive functioning, we will offer strategies to support those executive functions, with or without a diagnosis.
For businesses
We also have corporate wellbeing packages, where we cover ADHD (and Autism) in the workplace.
If you would like to have a conversation about what your people need in relation to ADHD and/or Autism, we would love to chat.
Unsure about whether you have ADHD?
We have put together an evidence-based ADHD screener for adults, that will tell you whether you are over the threshold for ADHD.
