Gold-Standard ADHD assessments for children, adolescents, and adults
in Epsom, Wimbledon, and online.
What to look for in a high-quality assessment?
If we were looking for a top-quality assessment for one of our family members, we would look for the following:

An expert in mental health
It takes 10 years to become an expert in something.
Collects information from other sources
This allows us to collect comprehensive evidence of ADHD symptoms.
Uses both questionnaires and an interview
Gathering information from multiple sources improves the quality and validity of the outcome.
Offers a feedback session
You want a practitioner who will go through the diagnosis and recommendations in detail with you.
Has links with a prescriber
Look for someone who works closely with a prescriber should you want to access medication.
Spends at least three hours in an interview
Anything less is not sufficient to make a thorough diagnosis.
Works in a team
Having more than one practitioner looking at the information before making a diagnosis increases the rigor of the diagnostic process.
Looks AT other mental health conditions
You want a practitioner who looks beyond ADHD and takes the whole picture of your physical and mental health into consideration.
Meets NICE guidelines
These are national guidelines that ensure quality assessments, and are widely used by the NHS to determine whether reports are accepted
We are proud to say
we meet all of the above criteria
In all of our assessments, we follow the guidelines set out by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE). Our Gold-Standard assessments ADHD assessments in Wimbledon and Epsom are rigorous, regulated, ethical, and widely accepted by the NHS and across the UK.

What will it cost?
The cost of the full assessment process is £1195
Should you receive a diagnosis and wish to start medication, this excludes the cost of a consultation with a psychiatrist.
If you need a pre-assessment, this is £300, and is deductible against the final fee if you proceed with a full assessment.
Post-Diagnostic Support
Following a diagnosis of ADHD, you may want to work with ONE OF our psychologists
in London, Wimbledon, Epsom or online, who understands the nuances of ADHD well.
The support process often involved strategies for your challenges and leveraging your strengths, and well as reshaping your self-esteem and building confidence.
If you are a parent of a child with ADHD, we can support you in implementing tailored support for your child needs.

What is a pre-assessment?
If you know something is not right, but you are not sure what you should seek an assessment for, or if you should even pursue one, the pre-assessment is designed to guide you.
The pre-assessment consists of a one hour appointment where we consider your mental health broadly, and advise on which assessment pathway would be best suited to you.
This costs £300, and you will receive a report with recommendations afterwards. If you decide to go ahead with a full assessment, this will be deducted against the final amount.

ADHD in HIgh-achievers
Some of the most high achieving individuals have ADHD. This is because ADHD brains are fast, and brilliant when hyper focus kicks in.
ADHD in high achievers is often missed, because masking and compensatory strategies are so effective.
What we are looking for in high achievers is the hidden cost to looking like you have it all together on the surface. This often looks like unseen difficulties behind the scenes in relationships or mental health, or cyclical burnout.
We provide tailored ADHD assessments in Wimbledon, Epsom and online for high achievers, as well as ongoing support to help navigate these challenges and build confidence.
