Gold-Standard ADHD assessments for adults in Epsom, Wimbledon, and online.
Clear answers and a clinical roadmap, made simple
When your performance doesn’t match your potential
High achievers with ADHD are brilliantly capable, yet the basics of life can be totally overwhelming.
When the stakes are high or the interest is there, you’ll outperform everyone in the room. But if a task is "boring," your brain simply goes offline, no matter how hard you try.
Whilst the ADHD brain can be absolutely brillaint, left unmanaged, it can also wreak havoc on your life and your self-esteem.
A comprehensive assessment is the first step in understanding how your brain works. Our goal for all of our clients is to empower you to find the tools and resources you need to allow your performance to match your true potential.
Keeping assessments simple and accessible
We know how overwhelming it is to look for an ADHD assessment. We have designed our process to be as clear and supportive as possible, so you can follow one simple step at a time.
How does it work?
Step 1
Book a screening
This is a dedicated 1-hour session to look at your history and current challenges. We’ll determine if an ADHD assessment is the right path for you, or if another direction would serve you better.
If we move forward with a full assessment, this fee is fully deducted from your final balance. If not, you will avoid going through a full assessment unnecessarily.
Step 2
The comprehensive assessment
Once we’ve confirmed the pathway, we’ll guide you through the initial paperwork and then meet for a 2-3 hour clinical interview. This is a deep-dive into your story, your struggles, and your unique strengths. The appointment can be in person or online.
Step 2
Your results and roadmap
Three to four weeks after your assessment, we’ll meet for a feedback session. You’ll receive a comprehensive report that is NICE-compliant and widely accepted. Our reports don’t just provide a diagnosis—it gives you a clear roadmap for your next steps in life and work.

What will it cost?
Online Assessment £1195
In person Assessment £1295
This excludes the cost of a follow-up consultation with a psychiatrist.
If you need a pre-assessment, this is £300, and is deductible against the final fee if you proceed with a full assessment.
What is a pre-assessment?
If you know something is not right, but you are not sure what you should seek an assessment for, or if you should even pursue one, the pre-assessment is designed to guide you.
The pre-assessment consists of a one hour appointment where we consider your mental health broadly, and advise on which assessment pathway would be best suited to you.
This costs £300, and you will receive a report with recommendations afterwards. If you decide to go ahead with a full assessment, this will be deducted against the final amount.
What to look for in a high-quality assessment?
If we were looking for a top-quality assessment for one of our family members, we would look for the following:
An expert in mental health
It takes 10 years to become an expert in something.
Collects information from other sources
This allows us to collect comprehensive evidence of ADHD symptoms.
Uses both questionnaires and an interview
Gathering information from multiple sources improves the quality and validity of the outcome.
Offers a feedback session
You want a practitioner who will go through the diagnosis and recommendations in detail with you.
Spends at least three hours in an interview
Anything less is not sufficient to make a thorough diagnosis.
Works in a team
Having more than one practitioner looking at the information before making a diagnosis increases the rigor of the diagnostic process.
Looks AT other mental health conditions
You want a practitioner who looks beyond ADHD and takes the whole picture of your physical and mental health into consideration.
Meets NICE guidelines
These are national guidelines that ensure quality assessments, and are widely used by the NHS to determine whether reports are accepted
We are proud to say
we meet all of the above criteria
In all of our assessments, we follow the guidelines set out by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE). Our Gold-Standard assessments ADHD assessments in Wimbledon and Epsom are rigorous, regulated, ethical, and widely accepted by the NHS and across the UK.

ADHD in High-achievers and women/girls
Some of the most high achieving individuals have ADHD. This is because ADHD brains are fast, and brilliant when hyper focus kicks in.
ADHD in high achievers (and girls/ women) is often missed, because masking and compensatory strategies are so effective.
What we are looking for in high achievers is the hidden cost to looking like you have it all together on the surface. This often looks like unseen difficulties behind the scenes in relationships or mental health, or cyclical burnout.
We provide tailored ADHD assessments in Wimbledon, Epsom and online for high achievers, as well as ongoing support to help navigate these challenges and build confidence.
